Rachel Osborne, MS, LCPC
Hi, I’m Rachel!
My heartfelt and genuine approach ensures a safe and meaningful professional connection while holding sacred space for my clients to be recognized, heard, and understood. I specialize in providing spiritual counseling, treating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I draw from many specialized modalities to provide a personalized approach for my clients to gain the education, support, and tools necessary for personal growth and healing. These treatment modalities include Mindfulness, CBT, REBT, Somatic Experiencing, Transpersonal Therapy, EMDR and more . . . The ultimate goal for my practice is to help navigate my clients on a profound journey toward wholeness. My counseling style is warm, compassionate, and encouraging. I enjoy working with clients who have a strong desire for personal growth as well as a desire to experience fullness of healing and joy.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies with emphasis on Psychology and Rehabilitation at Montana State University-Billings. Later, earning a Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling also from Montana State University-Billings.
When I am not providing counseling services, I love downhill skiing, spending time with my husband, children, two golden retrievers and two cats. I am an advanced student in meditation and have had many profound healing experiences and positive outcomes from my personal meditation practices.
