Leadership Team, Group Emotional Support Specialist

You are deserving of the life you want. My goal is to give you space to explore your truest self and help you align with what matters most to you.

Life presents many challenges that can be difficult to navigate. There can be times where the way forward seems unclear and uncertain. I am passionate about working with you to find a path that feels authentic and congruent. I believe you are the expert in your own life and my role is to meet you where you are and provide a safe environment to express your needs, wants, and emotions.

Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, or grief, I aim to provide a genuine connection and offer concrete tools to help create positive change and growth.

Using a holistic, eclectic approach, I combine cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic processing, and research in neuroscience to help you regulate the nervous system.

I believe inner child attachment-based work can be powerful in healing your relationship with yourself and others. Working through family dynamics can also be powerful work in helping you find your empowered voice and self.

Processing trauma is difficult, and I am committed to supporting you through every step of your journey. I am trained in EMDR, which can be an effective, research-based treatment for trauma.

I grew up in the Bozeman area, and after several years of exploring life in other cities I am so grateful to call Bozeman home again. I enjoy yoga, hiking, cooking, gardening, and foraging for mushrooms in this beautiful environment. I also love traveling and seeing new places.

I graduated with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Montana State University and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Montana.

I am Bozeman Counseling Center’s emotional support specialist for all our new and long-term therapists.  Therapists also need lots of support so we can better help our clients!

In my work with clients, I provide a warm, empathetic space where we can explore your wants, needs, and future together. Please feel free to reach out with any questions and I look forward to hearing from you!
