Ryan Riddle, MS, PCLC
Hi, I’m Ryan!
I'm a dedicated therapist with a commitment to guiding individuals through their healing journey. I believe in the transformative power of self-awareness and inner strength and view every individual as inherently capable of developing profound, positive changes in their lives. I believe in an integrative approach that uses elements of CBT, person-centered, somatic, and other evidence-based therapies to assist each client on their own distinct journey.
I work primarily with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and the complexities of life transitions. My professional toolkit is rich with strategies aimed at cultivating mindfulness and a deeper connection with oneself. These approaches are designed to empower you to develop a stronger sense of self in an environment that is both safe and nurturing and affirm that you are the true expert of your own experience.
Together, we will embark on a collaborative journey, crafting a therapeutic path that honors your unique identity, challenges, and cultural background, while discovering your strengths and learning to navigate life with a renewed sense of balance and awareness. We will work to build and strengthen the positive foundations you already have within and around you while developing skills that can be utilized long after therapy is complete.
In our work together, my goal is to help you heal, recover, and connect more deeply with your needs and aspirations. Whether you're facing emotional distress, navigating life's transitions, or seeking a greater sense of fulfillment, I am here to support you in moving towards a life marked by greater clarity, resilience, and joy. Let's explore this path of healing and self-discovery together, building towards a future where you feel more aligned with your true self and equipped to meet life's challenges with confidence.
I graduated from the University of Southern California in 2002 with a BS in Business Administration and returned to complete a MS in business taxation in 2007. After many successful years of practice as a certified public accountant, I could no longer ignore my long-felt desire to impact my community more meaningfully. I then shifted my life’s focus, returned to school, and graduated from New York University’s Master of Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness program in 2023. I am currently licensed as a Professional Counselor Licensure Candidate by the State of Montana (BBH-PCLC-LIC-64929) and am supervised by Jill Thorngren, PhD, LCPC, MFT.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time exploring the natural beauty of our great state, traveling to new and exciting places, visiting family and friends, trying new restaurants, hiking, and reading.
