Leadership Team

I'm thrilled to be your partner on your journey towards healing, growth, and self-discovery.

As a therapist deeply committed to fostering healthy relationships, I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of human connections. Whether you're grappling with issues in your romantic partnership, familial dynamics, or struggling to form meaningful connections, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore and address these challenges.

Adverse experiences and trauma can leave lasting imprints on our lives, affecting our relationships, behaviors, thought patterns, and overall well-being. I offer compassionate support to those who have experienced hardships, helping them process their past and current experiences, rebuild their sense of safety, and reclaim their power in a healthy, relational demeanor.

I firmly believe in the beauty of neurodiversity and celebrate the unique strengths and perspectives it brings. Whether you're on the autism spectrum, ADHD, or have other neurodivergent traits, I tailor my approach to honor your individuality and support you in navigating the world with confidence and authenticity.

Self-advocacy and boundaries are essential components of healthy relationships and personal well-being. Together, we'll explore and strengthen your ability to set boundaries, communicate effectively, and advocate for your needs in all areas of your life.

Building new habits and routines can be transformative, leading to greater stability, productivity, and overall satisfaction. Through personalized strategies and support, I'll help you cultivate positive habits, break free from old patterns, and create a life that aligns with your values and aspirations.

Accountability is key to making lasting changes in our lives. I'll be your ally in holding you accountable to your goals, providing encouragement, guidance, and gentle challenges along the way.

In addition to our therapeutic work, I'm passionate about psychoeducation, empowering you with the knowledge and skills to better understand yourself and your experiences. Together, we'll explore relevant theories, research, and practical tools to deepen your self-awareness and facilitate growth.

On a personal note, when I am not working with clients I love skiing, mountain biking, attending concerts, photography and dancing.  I have two dogs Ollie and Eddy that I share with my partner. I love living in Bozeman and all that this special place has to offer us. I graduated from Montana State University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health. I am licensed by the State of Montana as a LCPC

Thank you for considering me as your partner in this transformative journey. I look forward to supporting you in creating a life filled with meaningful connections, resilience, and fulfillment.
